BOAT, ORV, AND GOLF CART REGISTRATIONS
ANNUAL REGSITRATION OF BOATS, ORV, AND GOLF CARTS IS REQUIRED BY MAY 1ST
Terre Du Lac Police Department is charged with the responsibility of enforcing Rules and Regulations set forth by the Terre Du lac Board of Directors. The information they require for Golf Carts, ORV(Off Road Vehicles), Watercraft and Boats is strictly enforced. Terre Du Lac Police Officers will not register any vehicle without first obtaining all required documentation.
Documentation required stated in TITLE VI & TITLE VII in the Rules and Regulations.
REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER
Proof of Membership in Terre Du Lac Association, Inc. and current with any dues and assesments.(Must be in form of a paid Terre Du Lac Paid Receipt if registration is done through TDLPD)
Proof of ownership of the vehicle (Property Owner's name must be on Title or state registration)
Proof of liability insurance in the amount of $25,000/50,000 liability and $25,000 property damage - excluding golf carts.
VEHICLE STICKERS ARE NOT ADEQUATE DOCUMENTATION
NO EXCEPTIONS SHALL BE MADE BY ANY MEMBER OF THE TDLPD
Cash (Exact Change) or Check
Are the only forms of payment TDLPD will accept.
Credit/Debit Card transactions must go through Terre Du Lac Association Office Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
Terre Du Lac Police Department does not inspect any vehicle. It's the Property Owner's responsibility to ensure all vehicles to be in safe and in good working condition prior to operation inside Terre Du Lac. It's the Property Owner's responsibility to ensure all vehicles in their possession comply with a all Terre Du Lac Rules and Laws within the State of Missouri.
Boats&Watercraft (4 Stickers)- Place 1 large sticker on each side(Port&Starboard) towards the rear end (stern) of the vessel. Be sure placement is above water line. Place 1 small sticker on each side of trailer tongue.
ATV/ORV and Golf Carts (1 Sticker)- Place sticker on rear of vehicle in a visible location.
